A $50 deposit is required when placing the order. The total amount is due prior to receiving full-resolution media (you will be allowed to preview all media prior to purchasing).
Most shoots take 1-2 hours, depending on the services ordered and property size. Note that our Premier Cinematic Videos typically will take longer time on-site.
Photos will be available NEXT DAY. Walkthrough Reels are typically available NEXT DAY. Premier Cinematic Videos are typically available 2-3 days after final shoot.
Additional revisions are typically negotiable, but may incur a fee.

Yes, we are FAA-certified for commercial drone operations.
Yes! You can add drone photos to any photo package, as well as drone video to our Walkthrough Reel (drone services are included in ALL Premier Cinematic Videos).
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Weather-related reschedules are free of charge. Note that drone operations cannot be conducted in rainy or inclement weather.
Yes, we retain the copyright but grant a license to use the media for your listing or marketing needs.
